There is a beautifoul apartament in central of Landskrona only 15 minutes to Lund and Helsingborg-40 minutes to Copenhagen.
This apartament is located in a luxury Bank house.
We want to rent it out the hole apartaemnt from january 2011 for 6-12 months or rent one bedroom for a student.
If the apartaemnt will bee rented out all the 3 rooms than we want 9000 per month as it is furnished and everything is included the internet,tv,cabel,water,heat,electricity and loundary.
If someone just want to rent one bedroom each than it is 3500 per month and that is included the interent ,water,heat,electricity and the loundary.
We are looking for students or couple most important thing is only serious people.
Ths is a luxury apartament and the house is also very nice and the people how lives here.
You can reach the sea only 5 minutes from the apartament and you can see copenhagen the nature here is beautifoul you have the 7 km beach by the sea were you can jogging.
All the shops and other needs are located near by.
