Room for rent, in a newly renovated area. Beautiful surroundings and close to the University and the station, (10-15min bikeride from the area of Kobjer). The room will be available from february. Preferably we are looking for a calm and agreeable student or working tenant. Non-smoking and no pet.
There is a bathroom with shower, a fullsize kitchen where you get your own shelf in the fridge and a whole cupboard to put your stuff in. We accomodate you a bed, a wardrobe and a drawer for clothes. We also supply a wireless internet connection, which is payed through the mentioned rent, as well as the power. You can do your laundry in the basement to which there is a booking system we share a key to.
We have a 5 month old baby in the apartment, so it is good naturally if you like babies. With that said, we welcome you to stay with us for a semester until the end of june.
